Chiemezie Ejinima - CEO, White Dove Shipping Company Ltd

Chiemezie is the Chief Executive Officer of White Dove Shipping Company Ltd. He is responsible for the direction and implementation of the strategic growth plans of the oil and gas marine logistics company. Prior to assuming this role, he was Associate Director and Group Head of Corporate Finance in White Dove, where he was responsible for articulating and championing the different capital raising endeavours to finance the investment and operational needs of the company and its affiliates.

Before joining the White Dove, Chiemezie was senior manager in the Corporate Finance and Advisory Group of Zenith Capital – the investment banking subsidiary of Zenith Bank, where he provided leadership and particpated in numerous financial structuring and capital raising transactions.

Chiemezie was a Petroleum Economist at Addax Petroleum, prior to his move to Zenith Capital. In that role he was responsible for economic analysis of investment opportunities, including – setting up economic models for determining the  viability of new opportunities,  commercial evaluations for Farm-in prospects, financial forecasts and various simulations in project economics.

Prior to Addax, he was Senior Consultant in Corporate Finance at KPMG Professional Services where he worked extensively on corporate valuations. He had also previously lectured at the Lagos Business School.

He began his career at Citibank in 1999 working in the international payments division. He holds a BSc. in Accountancy from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, MSc. in Energy Finance from the University of Dundee in the UK, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

Frantz Ribet - Technical Manager – CRUDE OIL Tankers

Frantz Ribet is a Marine Expert and a professional with over 3 decades of experience in the marine Industry.

He is a Marine Chief Engineer with a 1st class and has various qualifications such as International Safety Management Internal Auditor, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 (Internal Management System Audit) Internal auditor and  Security Officer (International Ship and Port Facility – ISPS).

He has held positions of increasing responsibilities in different organizations such as Rainbow Ship management S.A., Greece (Apr. 2001 – Oct. 2003), Phoenix Vision Management Inc., Greece (Nov. 2003 – Nov. 2010), Val Oil Trading Ltd, Greece (Mar. 2011 – Jun. 2014), Ocean Marine Tankers Ltd, Nigeria (July 2014 – Mar. 2017) where he occupied various demanding positions such as Technical Manager, Designated Person Ashore, Marine Superintendent, and Technical Advisor.

Frantz Ribet joined White Dove Shipping Company in 2017 and is presently the Technical Manager for Crude Oil Tankers in White Dove Shipping Company.

Ann C. Ukadike - Senior Manager, Human Resources

Ann Ukadike leads the Human Resources Function of White Dove limited. Ann began her career in Banking before joining PwC as a Management consultant.  She also had a brief stint at Deloitte West Africa as a Management Consultant where she led one of the biggest Banking and Insurance HR Advisory projects at the time. 

Ann holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Benin and a master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Lagos. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) of Nigeria and a certified Talent Development Manager from the London School of Business and Finance

Sir. Igbani Okoji Igbani - Operations and Logistics Manager

Sir. Igbani Okoiji Igbani is the Operations and Logistic Manager of WhiteDove Shipping Company Limited. He is a seasoned Manager with over 19 years working experience in Operations Logistics in the oil and gas industry. He worked at Intels Nigeria Limited, where he handled Base Operations. He has also worked as Administrative, Operations Management, Terminal/Support Inbound and Outbound Logistics with SPDC, Chevron and NAOC.

He holds a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Benin Nigeria. He is a qualified Lead Auditor on Integrated Management System (IMSA), registered with the International Register of Certified Auditors (IRCA), London and Standards Organization of Nigeria (SON) and a certified Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO)

Pius Oni - Technical Superintendent

Pius Oni is a Marine Engineer with over 40 years’ experience in marine industry.

He started his sea-going career as an Engineer Cadet in February 1975, rose to the rank of Chief Engineer in April 1986 and retired from sea in September 1995.

He worked for Aeromaritime Nigeria Limited as a Marine Engineer/Technical Superintendent for over 5 years. In charge of day to day running of Harbourcraft Division; responsible for maintenance, repairs, spare parts, etc. on the tugboats, speedboats and the ocean going general cargo vessel under the company’s management; ensuring that classification and statutory surveys are carried out on time for maintenance of class

He joined Lloyd’s Register in January 2002 as a Marine Surveyor where he played an active role carrying out Classification and statutory surveys on classed ships such as Gas Carriers, Oil/Chemical Tankers, Bulk Carriers, General Cargo Vessels, Offshore Supply Vessels, etc. as well as carrying out condition surveys on vessels and in-service inspections on steam boilers, process vessels, etc. in local industries.  A Senior Marine & Offshore Surveyor, ISM/ ISPS Lead Auditor and MLC Inspector with over 17 years’ experience with Lloyd’s Register.        Pius Oni was the Country Representative and Senior Surveyor-in-Charge of Lloyd’s Register Lagos Office, Nigeria from July 2014 to September 2019 covering West Africa sub region and part of Central Africa. During his tenure as the Surveyor-in-Charge, he successfully led a team of 6 Surveyors on technical and commercial challenges in marine industry, providing the support and services needed to meet ever increasing safety, environmental and efficiency goals

He is a Member of Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology (IMarEST) and Nigerian Institution of Marine Engineers and Naval Architects (NIMENA)

He joined White Dove Shipping Company Ltd. as a Technical Superintendent in October 2019 with extensive experience on ships’ surveying, maintenance and repairs.
